Bayliner cuddy w/ 2.3L?

I've previously seen a Bayliner cuddy around 19' long with 2.3L SOHC decals (assuming Volvo Penta). It looks quite a bit different than a Capri cuddy though. What model is this?

I know it's an old thread but I have the answer.

I have a 19' Capri cuddy with the 2.3. It's an OMC/Cobra drive.
