Bayliner multiple gauges not working ??

Hi guys i have a.2003 bayliner with the 3.0 mercury engine and the Rpm gauge dont work, the MPh kinda works goes slowly up to about 25 mph even though im going top speed..
Also volt meter probably bad to always shows 10v ?

Sounds like you need to start cleaning connections and corrosion is the issue. I would suggest starting with the battery connections, then the engine 10 pin connector and work your way under the helm

As for the speed-o, take a 1/8 drill bit (use it by hand, don't put in a drill) and check the hole in the front edge of the drive. Might have picked up a piece of wood.

Ok will do, also i did check voltage to Rpm and it gets 12v , but Spedometer doesnt ? I checked the wires directly with key turned to right before crank .. and the battery gauge gets 12v to.

Where is the engine 10 pin connector located ? The battery terminals are clean

put the meter on the battery with the engine off, record reading
start motor ,go to 1500 rpm, reading should increase to atleast 13.0 - 13.6

Ayuh,..... Just Rev it up once, the alternator should kick in, 'n bring up the voltage,.....
