I just bought this boat the other day, for a pretty good price. This is the boat that was used in the James Bond movie "Live and Let Die". She's got the original 75hp Johnson Sea Horse pushinng her.

But with the age, the foam on the insode has gotten pretty bad and some of the wood is starting to rot. So I plan on completely restoring the inside of the boat next winter. New carpet (which is a must), new foam, new seats, and new wood to go around the sides are all things that I plan on doing. Really, just the basic stuff.

Bu even as she sits, isn't she beautiful?

Sweet!

It can't be the actual one in the movie, though...they left that one on some 2 lane blacktop in Louisiana! :D

I think the one in the movie had a V4 on it but regardless you have one nice looking boat there. Enjoy it.

That is a beautiful boat. Those lines are timeless.

As a kid, we had yellow and black GT 160 with a 125 Johnson that would FLY. Everytime I take my mom out on my Four Winns she talks about how much she misses 'our old Glastron'.

Take care of her. She's definitely a head turner.

I love those boats- rated for 90HP- back in the day a 115HP would make it fly-the Bond Boat(s) had a 135 Johnson(s) and other modifications like center steering and small rails on bottom to make them jump off a ski ramp straight.
Another good movie with these boats is "OutLaw Blues" staring Peter Fonda-filmed in late 1970'S in Austin ,TX.

Good luck-she's a beauty!

Thanks bud. It completely slipped my mid the other day to get interior pictures, and it's supposed to rain for the next couple of days so I don't know when I'll be able to get the cover off her. I'll get them up as soon as I can.

Yes, I have the boat outside. But just temporarily. And besides, it's a boat. A little rain won't hurt.
