Becoming Frustrated, Need Help

Alright, so i am resealing the lower unit on my 9.5 hp Evinrude sportwin. I have got the bearing housing from under the water pump out, and I can't get the bearing out of that hole for the driveshaft, the metal rim on that bearing just keeps bending. Also, on splitting the gearcase... The six screws are all seized as H***. I have been soaking them in pb blaster and liquid wrench for about a week, and still not even budging. Also, I noticed that one of the screws was replaced with one with a head for an allen key. I am very confused and frustrated right now. (I have a service manual) Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

Calm down. Someone here will have an answer for you I'm sure. Is it part number 12 that your having trouble with? Here is some reading as far as the bolts go. Hope it helps. Best of luck. Rick.

I just ordered one of these hoping it will help me to pull the upper crankshaft seal on my 4hp. Perhaps it would work for you, it only cost me 23 dollars which is cheap if it works. Rick.

That looks likeit would work great for the prop shaft seal as well! I ordered the pick ax looking puller and it hasn't helped much. Im not sure if this type of puller will work for the metal oil seal i am trying to pull? Thanks
