? has anyone ever tried using Spray-on truck bed-liners for a boat flooring. I used it on my 12ft vee bottom Sea king 6yrs ago and it's holding up just fine. I need to redo my floor in my 1971 19ft Gulfstream it has CARPET ! on the floor now, i was looking at the org: vinyl flooring but my son asked why not just use the spary-on bed-liner? I've seen it used on some dive boats we been on and some charter fishing boats. Any thoughts on this?

I've always wondered about lining a deck with vinyl flooring like you put in your bathroom and this is the first I've heard anyone else mention it, I personally wouldn't want bedliner too hard on the bare feet or lieing down on it to work on anything, I have not yet seen it used anywhere but in a truck bed and it was extremely rough textured.

my buddy used it last year on his boat. looked great. it's a little abrasive, but not too bad.
