Beginner boater, where to start researching info?

I will be picking up my first boat this weekend, a 99 Sea Ray 230 br. Cant wait! Where do I start looking up all that I need to learn when it comes to operating this machine? From trailering and launching, to on the water etiquette?

You should take a boating safey course. Look up USPS.org for a course near you.

Just choose your state if its there, most of the info the same except for the laws (I think).

Go to Youtube..there is a couple of video on launching and retrieving boats from a dealer. It was educational and it helps to visualize what you will be doing. Good step by step instruction...
