Bell Boats? (they supposedly make Shoalwater Boats)

I am looking for any INFO On 'BELL BOATS'. <br /><br />They are listed in the NADA Guides for boat pricing. I am trying to find out if I am getting a good deal (actually a friend) on a 1998 shoalwater.<br /><br />Well, I dont see the model number I am looking at on the website, so I am looking into the bell boats. However, there is no info ANYWHERE On 'BELL BOATS'.<br /><br />Anyone heard of/know anything about them?<br /><br />BTW, the boat my friend is considering is a 1998 16 or 17' shoalwater skiff, center console, 70hp nissan, 4 blade stainless prop. Hull is in great shape on the outside, no saltwater use, and the engine looks/runs great. The front deck has carpet, and could be replaced, and the hatches are a little 'used' if you will. They are asking $6500 at a local dealer...and we have nothing to compare it with.<br /><br />Thanks!<br />Shawn

I believe that Shoalwater was recently bought by Bell. I, too, can't find decent pricing info for a late 1990's/early 2000's Shoalwater. Specifically looking for info on a 1999 Shoalwater Stealth 19, which isn't available at NADAGuides.

Gonna just take the price of the 18' and 20' and split the difference, I guess. Good luck!
