Bellows install order

I am in the process of installing a new set of bellows and was hoping somene could clairfy the order. I ordered a manual but have not see it yet.

I have all the old bellows and hoses off and everythig has been cleaned.

I installed the hose for the cooling system and have installed the shift cable bellows on the cable but have not clamped it down.

I am unsure of the order and what side to install first. The boat side or the belhousing side of each hose/bellows. What's the easiest way?

It's an Alpa one Gen II.

Boat side. In the meantime you can download the manual from the MUST HAVE sticky at the top of this forum. #9, Service manual #6, section #4A Minor transom repair. Should give you the information that you need. When I did mine I used a long large round head carriage bolt (inserted in the fold of the bellows) to pull the bellows on from the inside. Worked pretty well. good luck.
