Bellows Replacement?

I understand that there is a replacement for the stock bellows (Exhaust, shaft, shift) on a Gen 1 Merc 470. Something about a single tube? Could someone point me in the right direction if it's true?

Ayuh,.... Only the exhaust can be switched out to a Tube....
