Belly Tank Question-Need Guidance

I have a 1989 19'6" Center Console Glassmaster that I bought last year that needs some work. This outboard center console has a fiberglass hull, is 18 feet long and 90 inches wide at the widest point. The boat weighs approximately 1100 pounds with an empty fuel tank and without any gear or passengers. The maximum horsepower for this outboard boat is 150 hp.

I am getting ready to cut the floor out to replace it. During this process I am going to replace the tank that is in the hull. It is an alumninum tank in the hull at the stern of the boat and I'm not sure of the size. It appears this tank is not operational because an above deck tank is in the console. I don't think the aluminum tank was a factory install. I really don't want an above deck tank so my goal is to do away with both and replace with a belly tank.

I'm not real sure about what size belly tank I can go with or even where to put it in the hull. I have tried to research it online, but have found very limited info. I have some concerns about placement and size. Thanks in advance to all who respond.
