Drop the gearcase, lay it across a lenght of 4x4, heat with a propane torch (large), and carefully hammer it back in place. Use a large hammer, and don't hammer on the very tip of the skeg. I have done this many times.
As for me I would leave it alone. All a skeg does is protect the prop. You take a risk of it breaking when you try to bend it. Both of my 1987 110s have skegs that are bent "alittle" and have no efecton their operation.
