Bent Skeg

As you can see from the pic below, the skeg on my Merc 850 is bent. How can I straighten this without breakage, or do I even need to worry about this?

I don't know if it can be straightened. If it's on anything that goes fast, I'd have a pro work on it.

It'll last longer if you stay out of the rocks.
