I have recently purchased the old gal below and doen a little bit of work to it.
As "not quiet finished" its running a 260hp Volvo V8 (350 chev block)
Volvo Penta 280 outdrive
runs 75km/h flat out (for now
)
sits on an old gal trailer (for now) weighing in at 2500kgs all tolled.
When I picked her up, she was an unfinished project. it had a rebuilt 6 cylinder volvo aq170. I got her finished and was not happy with the performance so decided for the V8 swap. I havent looked back.
This as she sat when I first saw her.
Swapping trailers as the old one was like an oil rig
