Thought I would share the best birthday present I've ever had. I turn 40 this week. My wife gave me a present I'll never be able to top. I've been a Buckeye fan for as long as I can remember. To my suprise, my wife planned an entire trip to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans without me knowing about it. She got with one of my best friends (also a huge Buckeye fan) and arranged for him to go with me, bought the tickets, booked a hotel in the French Quarter (2 blocks from Bourbon St.), and even arranged for time off with my boss! I didn't have a clue. Last Sunday night she told me that I should go to bed. When I asked why, she handed me the tickets to the game and said, "You and Brian have to leave early in the morning"! Three days on Bourbon St. and the Sugar Bowl! My liver is still mad at me! Great time! I'm a lucky guy!
