Best Boat 20-24 ft.

In your opinion who makes the best boat in the 20-24 ft category. Sea Ray, Rinker, Wellcraft, Cris Craft, Larsen or other? Thanks for the input.

I can be of little help since you did not tell us new/used - fresh water/salt - OB or I/O. However I have a 1988 23'Wellcraft CC with twin 110 hp SeaDrives that I have had for 10 yrs and been very happy with. It is overbuilt if anything - great for nasty water.

This is totally up to the individual. I think my Splendor is the best boat on the water, but my buddy really likes his Baja. I spent months of research before I bought my Splendor Cat. It came down to the Splendor or the Chris Craft and I went with Splendor based on its better design and construction.

Most recent J.D Powers survey for that size range was Crownline, in the next range it was Cobalt. You can't go wrong with either...but try to get the survey, I only have it in hard copy (BoatUS Magazine, also in Boating Magazine). It reveals 4 or 5 good options, depending on your needs and wallet. Obviously, Cobalt and Crownline are tops in price too.<br /><br />Take note of the recommendations...but also take note of the type baot the recommenders bought themselvs...
