Best deck material

Somewhere on here I saw a description of flooring materials. I am familiar with marine grade plywood, but I think that there is a better material out there. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Material choices & how they're sealed can be different in a fiberglass boat (like your Stratos) then on an aluminum build.
