The best thing for rinsing is the Mr Clean head with the deionized water cartridge to dry without water spots

Re: Best Detergent/Cleaner for Pressure Washer?

http://www.k-chemicals.com/pages/autoallpurpose.html This is the stuff we have used at the car dealership. The detail guys spray it with a qt size spray bottle on the engine and pressure wash it off (5 minutes later). Does a great job on grease and oil.

Any detergent used on the outside of a vehicle will wipe out the wax and possible hurt the finish... so be gentle.

Have you tried any of the commercial cleaners such as the vehicle wash from Mcguires? That stuff is great..... mix w/water, swab on and hose off. Safe for finish too........

If you are using a pressure washer... use a wide tip and be VERY watchful when you get near painted plastics such as the bumper or you may find it to be an effective paint remover.

I use their car wash, I think it's called "Gold" or something like that, but am not sure if that's what you are referring to or not. The "swab on" part is what I'm trying to avoid. I'm looking for spray on, spray off...
