Best flushing stuff

Salt Away, Salt Terminator, Woodys? Or something else? Bleach?
I have lots of deposits, growth/buildup that I need to clear out.

So here's my plan: Tilt motor, remove Tstat housing and stat, pour white vinegar in, let soak then flush with water.
Will this work? Safe for the system?
