Doubt you will find a calculator with pmi included.
Would put big $$ on not finding one with HOA fees included, as they would be different for every HOA.

You will find a calculator for principal and interest.

Taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and PMI, are all property or lender specific, and will need to be added manually.

Don't forget all the State and local, taxes, transfer fees, recording stamps, etc.

I've actually got a great bank I'm working w/ this lady does all the diff. versions and whatever I get will be equal to what I pay in rent or maybe $250 more a month, but that should bbe a wash in the tax write offs, also w/ FHA I wont have to pay insurance after approx. 4-5 yrs and tey pay all closing costs, I'll only have a total of $9900 down for move in!
But did get outbid on the house I wanted, bank owned ones can be a booger!

That kind of terms is hard to find. I'm not sure if you can find or get a mortgage calculator with PMI. But you can try search the web. Maybe there are compies who has that.
