Best method of painting my floor

I am ready to paint the interior of my 1963 Starcraft. What is the easiest/cheapest way of getting good looking results?
I have taken the seats out and installed the mounts for the new seats and not sure best route to take from here.
I am thinking of just a grey paint perhaps with white splatters?

went ahead and used some rustoleum oil based enamel paint.
so far so good. second coat goin on tonight.

also purchased some nonskid additive but not sure if I will use it
