Best parts for head gasket replacement? 5.7L Volvo GSi

I have a 2000 Volvo Penta 5.7L GSi. Just wondering what would be a good choice for a head gasket kit and head bolts. I'm looking at APR High Performance Hex head bolts. Who offers a good head gasket kit?

Also, when installing the head bolts, should I be putting anything on the threads or just a little assembly lube?

Teflon Pipe Dope....The Paste kind...

thanks. found a fel-pro performance marine head gasket set for $150. arp also makes that teflon dope. sounds like i have a plan. thanks.
