Best place for powerhead rebuild parts?

Wondering where the best place to order parts from for a powerhead. I need bearings somes seals and a gasket set. Also was looking at the mercury manual which recommends 2-4-c for lubing all bearings and parts during assembly. I looked to find some online and all the sites say not to use it on internal engine parts and bearings. So whats the deal with that.
