You didn't see the "Read This First" post in the stickies at the very top of this forum. You've given us absolutely nothing to work with. Your boat has a prop on it now does it not? So what is it (make, model, diameter and pitchn). What problem are you trying to correct? What is your current RPM at wide open throttle with what you consider an average load. What you need for this boat and what someone else needs for the same identical boat may be very different.

I have a 14 1/2x 26p Raker on it that is wore out. When the boat is loaded it doesn't want to get on plain. It turns around 4900rpm at full throttle and maybe 49. I fish tournaments and would like to get on plain quick but still be in the 55-56 mph range.

Doesn't want to get on plane is a little vague.Won't plane? 10 seconds to plane?
1 minute to plane? Your present slip is about 24% assuming 1.86 gear ratio.
The best approach is to get the prop repaired and do some test runs and get us the
wot rpm and speed.gps is best.Not sure but I don't think a raker is good for hole shot.
Also hole shot and top end don't go together,it will be a comprimise.
The results with your repaired prop will tell a lot and and the repaired prop may solve your problem.
