Best shop manual for Mercruiser 3.0?

Hey guys, got a (semi-) new boat with a 3.0 Mercruiser that I know next to nothing about. Looks like the starter solenoid is bad (clicks when the key is turned, finally cranks over after many tries) so I gotta R&R it. Since there is no solenoid that I can see like on the old fords I'm used to, I assume it's integrated with the starter.

Anyway what's the best shop manual for this? It's an '03.

Hey Tia, there is only ONE source for good service info, the Factory Service Manual. You can get it from your dealer or check ebay. Don't bother with either the clymer's or seloc manuals, they are only good for booster seats.

Actually there not even good for that, when they get wet the ink bleeds and stains your vinyl.
