best time to charter on lake erie for walleyes.

Sorry this isn't really about boats per Se,. But I thought this would be a great place to put out the topic. I would like to charter a lake Erie walleye trip for the spring of of 0-10. Can any of my fellow members give me a time frame that would be the most productive? I have another person coming in from out of state to join me and we are trying to plan a schedule. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
