i want to add 2 more bilge pumps another one in the bilge and another one in the storage compartment at midship.Currently have 2 800 gph pumps would like to add atleast 1100 gph pumps but they use 1 inch hose so i need to drill the hull and add thru hull fittings also what should i use to seal the thru hull fittings 4200 or 5200 sealer?

It's no big deal. Layout the spot you want to drill, making sure the inside is clear and the hose can be properly routed. Drill a small pilot hole to confirm that everythings A-OK, then use a sharp holesaw at slow speed with light-to-medium pressure until the hole is cut. Use a holesaw that's slightly larger than the fitting so you're not fighting to put it in. If the hull is cored, you'll need to dig a little of it out around the perimeter, then mix some epoxy and spread it into the void. Let it dry.
I like to use fast-set 4200 for anything above the waterline, but 5200 would work, too. Apply it to the back of the fitting where it'll meet the hull and install it with a slight twisting motion. Install the backing nut snug (but NOT tight). After the sealant is 100% dry, put another 1/4 turn on the nut to compress the sealant and make it absolutely watertight. Final hose connection and wiring, and you're done. Piece of cake.

if you use 5200 and you break a fitting you will play hell getting it out. some one used 5200 on some engine mounting bolts, had to use a 3 pound sledge hammer to beat them out.
