Best way to get trim tab bolt out when rounded

The nut on the trim tab it rounded off.

Anyone know the best way to get it out?
Should I use heat or try to tap it?
Got to change the water pump

Cut a wide slot in the bolt head with a carbide disk in a dremel , then use an impact screwdriver to knock it loose.

A little heat and some vice grips might work if you can get hold of the head.

or

Cut a slot in the head with a hack saw ... then use an impact driver with a straight screwdriver bit.

6 point socket not 12

one of those fancy striped bolt removers from sears.

hammer on an old metric socket of just a tad smaller size then chuck the hole thing when out.

Last but least, break the tab into small enough pieces to remove it and then use vise grips.

ONe of these should do the trick. Hope its not the last one.
