For the Honda guys, In a moment of epic stupidity wile changing props on my Honda bf40 I installed the thrust washer backwards resulting in the prop walking forward about 1/4 inch and pushing the thrust into the water seals and toasting the seals, got some water in the lower unit drained it and put fresh oil in it. This was only after my first run this year so im not overly worried about damage except what happened to my seals. the outer one came right out but the inner is still in place , I pressure tested it and it's leaking as well. SO.. I was wondering if it was possible to get the inner seal out somehow without removing the housing wich I have read nothing but horror stories about?
