I was supposed to go out muzzleloader hunting today but the day started too early because of an arsonist (I belong to the local fire department). Then wife took my sister-in-law to the airport and the littlest aspeck didn't want to go ... so I was "daddy day care", which was fun. But SIL missed plane because of my advice (and me not taking into account tightened security after Christmas Day). Next plane leaving was 2:30 ... last I heard from her was 4pm and still waiting at the airport because Washington Dulles was down to one runway because of the wind ... couldn't take off from State College till they could land in Dulles.
No muzzleloader hunting for me today! The bright side is I don't have to clean my muzzleloader tonight!
Lol. I,ld love to take ya hunting, but that was shot with a bow in Crawford Co. after xmas by my nieces husband. He runs a bow shop in Meadville Pa. He
has been after this guy for 3 yrs. Wish it was mine!lol
Sounds like he deserved to get it ... put in the time after that animal. Even bigger congratulations to your niece's husband! Will look nice in his bow shop!
That is one nice buck. 120-140 pounds heading towards the freezer? or so. I believe thats considered a 5 point in canada, for some reason we only count the full tynes on one side????? friends hunt northern Alberta, Saskatchewan for those (boone and crocket) monsters.
