OK, here is my problem, i bought a 19 boat with a Suzuki DT150 two strokes
a week a go
The hour counter mark 600 hs, everything go's fine until after just 2 hours of MY use, in a middle of a acceleration at no more than 4k RPM the engine suddenly stops, immediately i check the fuel lines and it's ok, in a matter of seconds , for the oil cover , flow a withe smoke with a awful electric odor
with a help of a friend i return to port obviously towed in the middle of the night
At the next day , with a certified Suzi technician , we found the problem, the ECU unit blow away , the replacement cost around 1500 bux
My cuestion is this, anyone have experience with this kind of problem , is ussual? any other suggestion is well recieved
