I have an islander 221 1988.

I have questions i know you guys can help with: please

Islander and chieften: What is the longest produced. What years? when did they change from lapstrake style hull.
Is it stronger or better? Were the big ones ever powered by the chevy inline six?

Is there a place where I could get a copy of a starcraft owners manual?

the only one i can answer is that yes, the 21-22' hulls did get the I6 in older models.

Nice looking hull!
It would be even better if you tow it with that vintage vehicle

I would contact starcraft marine and see if they have copy's of the old owners manuals free or for sale. No idea if they do or not
