BIG thank you for shift rod removal

Somewhere in the archives someone was explaining how to remove the shift rod bushing and seal with a ground round nut and some all thread. It was just the bees knees for my 35r 78r 35 hp johnson. 1/4-20 all thread with the points rounded off the nut to fit the hole from inside the case and long enough to put a bar across the L U and then another nut as a puller. Would have been impossible without the help THANKS THIS MUCH
