Bilge pump in a 3.0 alpha II

It appears that the bilge pump is dead. I have power past the fuse but the motor won't come on. My problem is that I cannot get to the bilge as it appears to be attached to the bottom of the motor chamber directly under the motor. IIs there a way to get to it to replace it? I am desperate.

Wiggle,contort,say bad words.... Sometimes they are a real bear to get to. But they have to be down low. It's possible to abandon that old pump,atrach a new one to a homemade bracket and slide it in,attach bracket to bulkhead and wire it in. Been there,done that.
