Bilge Pump Questiion

I have a 1999 Fisher Deck Boat and when I turn the bilge pump switch to the two o'clock position nothing happens. When I leave it in the 12 o'clock position it will pump water if there is water in the bilge automatically. Is the two o'clock position an off position? Tracker Marine says they have no wiring diagrams.

Generally automatic bilgepumps are wired in 2 sepperate ways. The float switch is usually wired to the batt directly for automatic operation, and then a set of wires, hot and ground, are run forward to a switch for manual operation. The switch up front should be an on/off switch. Do a search for auto bilge pump wiring. Most I've ever seen are wired the same way.
