Bilge pump question

Hav'nt heard the bilge pump run yet this year, I may have a wire off of it though..Its a 97 capri outboard, is there 2 or one wires going into the top part of the pump?? I only have 1 that i can see, but perhaps the other wire came out??

You should have two wires going to the bilge pump.
