I have a 1989 bass tracker
Is it possible that the bilge pump is wired to a switch that you have to hold to make it work?
Is this normal?
Would it be better to have it hooked to a regular switch that will stay on until you turn it off?
I should tell you this is my first boat and I don't have a clue.
When I hold the switch the bilge pump isn't working
Does there have to be water there before it works?
