There was a block in the middle of the bilge so that the bilge pump could be screwed into to secure it. Well found out last season that it was rotted and decided to remove this year.
Well its removed and sanded down, the glass/epoxy looks good and dry. Just looking for some direction on to put a coat of epoxy on top and then paint it with some bilge paint? Or just use the bilge paint over it. I dont plan on putting another block there. Im moving the bilge pump more towards the transom and just going to use some 4200 to kinda glue the pump down. This a good way of doing this? I plan on repainting the whole inner bilge for the most part anyway... might was well since the motor is out.
