Check the bottom/rear of bilge area, usually in front of transom. Your bilge pump may be the "automatic" type that will only run if there's sufficient water in the bilge to make the contacts. Find the pump and run some water into bilge to test it. Otherwise check your circuit wiring/contacts and fuses. Good Luck!
Try jumping power to the pump and see if itll run. Those things can short out (seeing as they can meet water fairly often)
