You pretty much won't find one. Boat manuals (when they even exist) tend to be very generic and aren't of much use. However, a factory service manual for your specific motor/drive will be infinitely useful. They can be found here on iboats or ebay etc. I was even able to find one for my '73 Johnson.

I agree, and because boats themselves are pretty generic, fairly unnecessary. If you have any specific issues, post them in the appropriate section and you will get lots of help. Welcome aboard!
