Bimini tops?

Anyone have any opinions about brands of bimini tops?? which ones are better.....which ones to avoid??

Splug - Can't recommend a brand as I have had mine made for my boat and I would recommend that you go that route if there is a canvas place anywhere near you. That way you get a fit exactly to your boat.<br /><br />One thing that I have that may or may not apply to you. I have a CC and it is important to me to be able to run with the top down and when down have it all the way back to the transom. My bimini is mounted to a slider so that when I take it down I can slide the entire thing all the way aft. That gets it out of the was and does not obstruct anything.

My dad is in the canvas business and we mainly do custom biminis'. They are probably the best bet becuase its made for the boat rather than you buy one.<br /><br />We mainly use Sunbrella, or on bigger boats, its either Stamoid or Weblon. Those are probably the top 3 materials we use and they looks nice.<br /><br />To conclude, I would have a local canvas shop make you one. Its the best bet, becuase like I say, its made for the boat and it makes the boat look good. Thank you<br /><br />JAZZ
