Ok, heres my situation...

In the begining of the season, I got a used wakeboard for free....now at the time, I didnt know tooo much about all the different sizes and what not. It turns out the board is too small for me, but the bindings are o.k. I think theyre the older style that unstrap, put your foot in, and then restrap and all holds together with the velcro....all in all, comfy bindings and easy to get in too.

A few weeks ago, I ran into someone selling a newer Hyperlite board that is my size, maybe two years old if that, but its brand new, never used. the bindings are the 30/60s., these ones you slide the foot in from the top. This past weekend I had a very difficult time trying to get into the bindings...They are size xl, and I wear a size 11.5-12 shoe, so they should be the right size, right?? All the adjustments are as wide as they go. My left food got in, was tight, but not uncomftherable. The right foot was nearly impossible to get in,and when it finally went in, it was too uncomftherable...I had to take them off, and that was another ordeal...Are they too small??? Not asjusted correctly?? or are the bindings themselves not that great? I reasearched some reviews on the bindings, but they werent that good.....any suggestions??

Consider some binding slime or some dishwashing soap to help you slide them on. Maybe the slime will help you get your foot in the right position so its more comfortable.

Sounds like you went from a universal (easy in/easy out) boot to a high level boot.
The 3060's are pro-level boots designed by pro's for use by advanced/pro riders. If you look at the reviews on wakeworld at the 3060's it looks to me like most of the int-adv and better riders liked the fit and didn't have a problem with entry/exit (durability seemed to be an issue though), and the beginner-ints didn't like them. They're supposed to be snug in order to stay on for all but the worst of wrecks. You might be better off with a more intermediate level boot.
If you're not going for 6' airs and working on advanced tricks the pro fit probably won't be worth the work.
I use a nickel sized drop of baby oil gel on my heel and toe rubber to get in my boots comfortably.
