Just getting to the point where I can reinstall the power steering and hydraulic lines to my new motor. Do I need to burp or bleed the lines? Or just top em up till they are at a normal level when running?

Ayuh,.... The P/Steerin' system is purged by turnin' the wheel, lock to lock a few times, with the motor off,....

The trim system is self-purgin',... just run it full stroke a few times...
