Bleeding air from trim system

I have a Volvo SP drive with twin cylinder trim system and would like to know how to bleed the air from the system.

Run it up and down a few times. They are all self bleeding.

Thanx Don,

The piston was stuck inside the pump assembly. Freed it and it now works great.
