Block or head gasket? 2005 yahmaha 90 4stroke

I’m looking to repower my boat as the other motor keeps sending me problems. I have found a 2005 yahmaha 90 4stroke at a pretty good price of it works out the thing is the motor does not run the guy said it ran a week ago and will turn ove but not start he says it has 140psi on each cylinder says it could be a head gasket or block anyone know what it could be or what the cost would be to get it back going or just a waste of money?

It should start with 140 PSI in the cylinders.-----Be very careful with your inspection before you hand over any beer tokens.----If you get it for $500 or less it might be a good deal.-----At $5000 it would be a huge risk to buy a non runner !
