Blown Port Engine

It seems I need to Port engine. The one I have is rusted out amongst other problems.

Anyone have an idea on cost for a rebuilt one verse new? I do not want to keep my 94 aft cabin for more than a year so I thought a rebuilt would be OK.
Any comments?

LOL how about some details......is it a 3 cylider yamaha or is it a 3108 Cat? Is it a normal rotation or counter rotation? Give model numbers etc and a better answer can be given !
