boast dt 25 to 30 hp ?

hello to you all. What would i need to do to boast my 1986 dt 25 to a 30 hp. If i change the carburator would it be ok or do i have to do something else like the exhaust ect...? thank you.

any way to beef up a DT15c or is it the same as the 9.9?

15 is same as 9.9 .....
