Boat cover design help!

I have a 93 Lund Tyee II that I'm having a custom boat cover made for. I want a full tie down cover that covers the boat and motor. My problem is the canvas shop does not know how to design a cover that can work when the motor is trimmed up for trailering and down for storage on the lift. One idea they had was a making the part that covers the motor extra large and baggy to allow for trimming up but this is not ideal as it will be loose when the motor is down. Any ideas on how to make this work? I do not want a separate motor cover if possible.

Re: Boat cover design help!

Separate cover for motor and hull cover can go over it. A pole is needed to allow water to run off the hull and give room for motor movement.

Has anyone ever had a one piece boat cover made (one that covers the boat and motor) that allows you to tilt the motor up or down? If so how was it designed? Thanks
