Boat cover snap protector

Hello I am new here and have a very unusual situation. We have our G3 Tritoon docked at a marina. The problem is that the snaps fir the cover on the front of the boat are at the same level as the dock. Sometimes, as we dock or leave, we hit snaps on the dock and knock them off. Does any one know of a way to protect the part of the snap ( the male side) from this? Perhaps some type of plastic that snaps on etc...?? Thanks

If the snaps are hitting the dock, covers probably won't help. What about using some fenders to keep the toon off the dock?

Yup, fenders likely the much more effective plan.
