Boat deck coating, what to use?

pardon me but i still dont yet know the difference between epoxy, epoxy resin, epoxy paint, paint, etc. and what they are good for :facepalm:

so with that in mind, i am redoing my floor, when its done with Id like to be rid of carpet and get something down thats going to:

-withstand elements & traffic and not flake off in a year
-stick to the gunwales that are glass of course so i can paint those to match
-stick to the floor that is plywood with glass over it
-have some non skid to it / grip so i dont slide
-look nice, almost like a fiberglass shell floor, well i know it wont but be nice
-be able to hose the fish guts off it and be done
- and of course, be cheap because after the floor ill be poor hahahahha :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Definitely not paint. How about gelcoat???
