Boat Deck Hole repair ?

I took off my old Horn off my starcraft V-150 and want to mount a trumpet back near the windshield, I need to fill in the 3 holes left from the old horn,

Should I just use marine epoxy like Loctite Brand or use regular Fiberglass resin ???
